A small SOL deposit that keeps an account on Solana.
Every account on Solana, including each token account in your wallet, holds a small deposit of SOL, about two thousandths of a SOL for a token account. When you close an empty account, the deposit is returned to you.
Why it matters
Many wallets hold dozens of forgotten empty accounts with SOL locked inside. Closing them gives it back.
